Job description

Due to business expansion, we are seeking two (2) highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. The positions are available in the Accounts & Finance or Admin departments. Apply now and be part of a leading global logistics provider!

Accounts & Finance
Key Responsibilities
Account Receivables
  • Review and verify customer payment documents (e.g. T/T remittance slip, bank in slip etc), reconcile accounts by matching collections accurately and timely in the system.
  • Resolve collection discrepancies (outstanding balances and overpayments) and communicate with customers on account-related matters.
  • Prepare and send weekly statements of account; maintain customer credit data, payment history, and follow up on credit applications.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and smooth system processes.
Account Payables
  • Upload and verify supplier invoices in the system, ensuring accuracy of charges and proper recording.
  • Prepare and process payment vouchers, cheques, and online bank transfers while monitoring due dates to avoid late payments or service disruptions.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal departments to verify billing details, cost allocation, and support month-end closing, accruals, and Accounts Payable aging reports.
Others
  • Support internal and external financial audits; monitor and analyze financial metrics and KPIs to track performance and compliance.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • LCCI Diploma in Accounting or a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferably in the shipping or logistics industry) are an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is essential for client communication and document handling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and has basic E-commerce knowledge.
  • Highly motivated, willing to take on challenges, innovative with the ability to apply theory-based creative solutions.
  • Possesses a proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and eagerness for professional growth; able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Administrative
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating company events and staff activities.
  • Support company welfare initiatives, including festive gift distribution and staff care items, and maintain accurate records of welfare items.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for quotations, service schedules, delivery follow-ups and service quality.
  • Assist in processing invoices and simple expense claims.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills; detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
