A retail company located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive for Ordering & Inventory Management. The role involves processing supplier orders, monitoring delivery fulfilment, and coordinating with various departments. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in retail logistics and a degree or diploma in a related field. This position plays a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting new shop openings.
Review and process CONSOLIDATION (LOOSE PICKING) supplier order.
Monitor and process request from operation stores and merchandising
Monitor and communicate with supplier on delivery fulfilment & feedback to related department for countermeasures
Support ordering for new or renovated shops before opening
Responsible for updating data and system maintenance is accurately maintained
Coordinate with other departments to assist in resolving in related issues from time to time
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in retail logistic operation, purchasing, Inventory Management, Central ordering or any related position.
