Key Responsibilities
  • Experienced in using CRM systems (preferably dealership-specific) to maintain, update, and manage customer data, service history, sales leads, and feedback for effective follow‑up.
  • Handles and monitors all incoming and walk‑in leads, ensuring timely follow‑up and proper tracking in the CRM system to support sales conversion.
  • Conducts the initial NPS briefing during vehicle delivery and follows up with customers regarding complaints or feedback to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Prepares and submits daily CRM reports to track performance and data accuracy.
Requirements
  • Holds a Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word & Excel) and comfortable mastering new dealership‑specific software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking clients).
  • A detail‑oriented team player with excellent data entry/record‑keeping skills and the ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Presentable, customer‑oriented, and confident in engaging with clients and visitors.
