Data Entry-Jobs in Malaysia

- Closing of monthly management account, prepare journals, bank reconciliation and other accounting schedules.

- Monthly financial analysis review and presentation to Management.

- Check stock take report, variance report and adjust stock balance in system.

- Weekly cashflows projection and cashflow management (update, monitor, reconcile & forecast).

- Verify and check data entry of invoices, budge and process payment.

- Preparation and submission of Australia authority related report (GST, Tax, etc).

- Supervise and assist the team in their daily operation and handle other ad-hoc finance tasks.

Education & Skills Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Strong numeracy, with a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to priorities and complete tasks to meet tight deadlines.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills are also beneficial and they must be capable of maintaining confidentiality.

- Preferably experienced in ERP and standard cost accounting.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
