Requirements (English)
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preferred but optional)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field

  • Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.

Responsibility (English)
  • Perform general administrative task for sales and warehouse department.
  • Support Sales team, follow up on orders and prepare necessary documentations.
  • Manage outbound and inbound goods.
  • Handle Invoices, Delivery Orders and filing system promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with Transport, Purchasing and Account Department on daily transactions and tasks.
  • Provide support to other departments and tasks assignment by General Manager.
  • Provide support in monthly/annual stock check tasks.
Responsibility (Chinese)
  • 为销售和仓库部门执行一般行政任务。
  • 支持销售团队,跟进订单并准备必要的文件。
  • 管理出站和入站货物。
  • 及时准确地处理发票、交货单和归档系统。
  • 在日常交易和任务中与运输、采购和会计部门协调。
  • 为其他部门提供支持,并执行总经理分配的任务。
  • 为每月/每年的库存盘点任务提供支持。
Responsibility (Malay)
  • Melaksanakan tugas pentadbiran am untuk jabatan jualan dan gudang.
  • Menyokong pasukan Jualan, membuat susulan ke atas pesanan dan menyediakan dokumentasi yang diperlukan.
  • Menguruskan barang keluar dan masuk.
  • Mengendalikan Invois, Nota Penghantaran dan sistem fail dengan segera dan tepat.
  • Menyelaras dengan Jabatan Pengangkutan, Pembelian dan Akaun mengenai transaksi dan tugas harian.
  • Memberi sokongan kepada jabatan lain dan tugasan yang diberikan oleh Pengurus Besar.
  • Memberi sokongan dalam tugas pemeriksaan stok bulanan/tahunan.
