Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage warehouse-related documents, including inbound and outbound records, inventory records, etc.
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of documents, classify and archive them according to regulations.
Data Entry and Updates
  • Enter data for operations such as goods receipt and issuance, ensuring accuracy in the warehouse management system.
  • Regularly update inventory information to maintain consistency between system records and actual inventory.
Reporting and Statistics
  • Prepare and generate warehouse-related reports, such as inventory reports, shipment reports, etc.
  • Provide periodic statistical data to assist management in understanding warehouse operations.
Assist in Inventory Count
  • Assist inventory clerks during scheduled inventory periods to ensure accurate stocktaking.
  • Update inventory information in the system and promptly provide feedback on the inventory count results.
  • Coordinate daily office affairs in the warehouse office, including procurement of office supplies, file organization, etc.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office area.
Training and Support
  • Provide training in document management and data entry for new employees to ensure consistent operational standards within the team.
  • Assist the warehouse team in resolving document-related issues, providing support and guidance.
Coordinate with Other Departments
  • Maintain good communication with departments such as planning & procurement, finance, etc., to coordinate and handle related work affairs.
Adhere to Regulations and Policies
  • Follow all relevant regulations and internal policies related to warehouse operations and document management.
