  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently, ensuring minimal patient wait times and optimal clinic flow.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry tasks with attention to detail.
  • Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to cater to a diverse patient base.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the clinic.

  • Assist doctors and nurses during examinations and procedures, as required.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment, maintaining a safe and comfortable space for patients and staff.
