• Degree in any discipline
• MBA, an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years working experience in indirect procurement
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, etc.)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to travel when required
• Strong communication skills, preferably fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strategic thinking ability
• High integrity

Meanwhile, Sika leads the field in total bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing, and protection solutions for bus, truck, and rail vehicle manufacturing, and for the assembly of appliances, industrial equipment, and building components.
