• At least 3 years solid working experience in jewellery retail industry.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shop Manager in daily shop operations and inventory monitoring.
• Responsible for selling and promoting jewellery products.
• Provide high class and professional customer service.
• Train new hires and provide feedback on performance.

Skills

Strong selling and interpersonal skills

Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Education

Secondary level or above
