LEGAL ASSOCIATE - CORPORATE

• To assist partner-in-charge in handling corporate commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, joint ventures and commercial contracts in general.
• To assist partner-in-charge in handling corporate banking related works, including construction financing, project financing and financing of real property acquisition.

LEGAL ASSOCIATE - CONVEYANCING

• To assist partner-in-charge in handling conveyancing matters, including projects, sub sales, perfections, loans and tenancies matters.
• Ability to work as a team and with minimum supervision.

CORPORATE CLERK

• To handle banking loan documentation, sub-sale, SPA and other conveyancing matters.
• Handling retail loan documentation, project SPA, sub-sale and other conveyancing matters.
• Possess valid practicing certificate for the current year.
• Language proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and/or other Chinese dialect.
• Responsible, punctual, good attitude, pleasant personality and good inter-personal skills.
• Able to start work immediately or on a short notice.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

CONVEYANCING CLERK

• Handling various conveyancing matters including project SPA, sub-sale, commercial banking loan documentation for retail, commercial and corporate loan.
• Good verbal & written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language proficiency in Mandarin and other Chinese dialects is an added advantage.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Processes a valid practicing certificate.
• Experience in relevant field preferred but not essential. Training and guidance will be provided by the firm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and handle matters with minimum supervision.
• A team worker and an initiative-seeker.
• Diligent, self-motivated, responsible and willing to take on new challenges.
• Pleasant, friendly and able to get along with others.

We are a legal firm in Klang. We handle legal matters for developers, as well as being on the panel of lawyers for investment banks, commercial banks and financial institutions in Malaysia.
We focus on banking, both commercial and consumer, land and conveyancing matters, Government funded loans, leasing and tenancies of properties, sale & purchase of real estate and joint-ventures.
