A leading real estate company in Klang City is seeking a strategic leader for Sales and Marketing. This role involves developing integrated strategies, leading teams, and managing business development initiatives to drive revenue growth. Ideal candidates have over 10 years of experience in property sales, strong leadership skills, and expertise in brand management. Develop, implement, and execute integrated sales, marketing, and business development strategies for planned, ongoing, and completed projects to ensure sustainable revenue growth and long-term business value.
Work closely with Management on feasibility studies, market positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans for new developments or asset enhancement initiatives.
Drive revenue diversification through secondary market strategies, sub-sale facilitation, bulk sales, auctions, and value-added initiatives post-CCC.
Monitor overall sales, marketing, and new development performance against targets and budgets, recommending corrective and growth-oriented actions where necessary.
Plan, direct, and oversee integrated marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns across digital, print, electronic media, sales launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Act as the overall custodian of corporate and project branding, ensuring consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all platforms.
Lead and approve creative concepts, visual directions, and key marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to support marketing effectiveness.
Drive innovative and differentiated marketing approaches to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and investor engagement.
Provide leadership, direction, and performance management for all Graphic Designers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs.
Set creative standards, workflows, and approval processes for all design-related work, including advertisements, brochures, digital assets, social media content, event materials, and corporate communications.
Ensure all creative materials support sales objectives, branding guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and BD teams to translate strategies into effective visual communication.
Manage creative resources, timelines, and external vendors (e.g. agencies, printers, digital partners) where applicable.
Lead and manage the Sales Administration team, ensuring seamless end-to-end administration from booking through SPA execution, loan processing, billing, collections, vacant possession, and handover.
Oversee all post-CCC administrative matters, including defect management coordination, strata title matters, purchaser correspondence, and documentation control.
Manage and supervise administration related to sub-sale transactions, auction cases, loan restructuring, and other secondary market activities involving completed projects.
Coordinate with solicitors, bankers, auction houses, agents, property managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth execution of all post-sales matters.
Monitor receivables, overdue accounts, default cases, and risk exposure, working closely with Finance and Legal teams on recovery and mitigation strategies.
Ensure accurate billing, timely reminders, reconciliation of accounts, and proper documentation in accordance with statutory and internal requirements.
Source, evaluate, and manage strategic partners, corporate clients, institutional buyers, channel partners, and marketing agents to support both primary and secondary market transactions.
Develop and maintain relationships with investors, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders to generate new business leads and project opportunities.
Identify opportunities to enhance asset value post-CCC through repositioning, repackaging, tenancy strategies, or alternative use concepts.
Prepare business proposals, concept papers, and presentations for Management approval.
Lead, mentor, and develop Sales, Marketing and Sales Administration to achieve performance and service excellence.
Establish clear KPIs and workflows for sales, administration, and marketing, including post-CCC service standards.
Prepare and present regular sales, marketing and post-sales reports to Management, including revenue outlook, risk exposure, and growth opportunities.
Provide continuous market intelligence, customer feedback, and strategic recommendations to Management.
Collaborate with internal teams on sales materials, campaigns, exhibitions, investor briefings, and corporate events.
Undertake special projects, corporate initiatives, and ad-hoc assignments as directed by Management.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in property sales, marketing, and business development with a proven track record in revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams to meet performance goals.
Expertise in brand management, market research, and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Proven ability to manage project lifecycles.
