A leading relocation services provider seeks an experienced professional to manage incoming client initiations and support international or domestic relocations. The role requires at least 4 years in Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. Candidates must be fluent in English, with strong skills in Cantonese and Mandarin preferred. The successful individual will ensure data accuracy and compliance while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and partners. Assess, Manage and Process incoming initiations from the Corporate Client’s Mobility Teams
Brief and inform assignees on applicable Corporate Mobility Policies
Equip the Assignee with proper support on Import/Export compliance regulations.
Take ownership of updating assignees and corporate clients on all stages of the relocation (international or domestic).
Collate and Evaluate move quotations in line with the corporate mobility policy.
Award door-to-door Agent for the assignees relocation.
Work closely with the appointed move partners to fulfill the intended move plan and enforce compliance of the corporate mobility policy.
Accountable for the door-to-door move from start to finish
Maintain data integrity, cost accuracy and move records through systems and procedures.
Attend and to resolve any customer issues or complaints pro-actively.
Maintain timelines and accuracy of billing within the prescribed targets.
Observe the Santa Fe values at all levels of interaction with all internal and external stakeholders

To proactively support other departments and offices in reaching goals, completing projects and reaching objectives
University grad or bearing similar professional qualification in the same or related field.
High preference to candidates with Global Mobility experience in a Move Management capacity.
At Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Shipping and/or Logistics, Supply Chain Management
Speak good English and possess Cantonese and Mandarin language skills
Strong Customer-Centric approach and a team player
Comprehensive technical understanding of international move processes
Capability to manage Corporate Client, Assignee and Move Partner relationships while working under pressure
Personal and empathetic communication skills
Structured and Fast Problem-solving skills
Flexibility in decision making whilst adhering to pre-defined processes and KPIs
