A leading investment holding company in Selangor is seeking an experienced Executive Corporate Strategy and Strategic Communication. The role involves coordinating governance and compliance matters with regulatory agencies, including tax incentives management. Ideal candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields. Responsibilities :
Responsible for coordinating governance and compliance matters between the company, external regulatory agencies, and internal departments. This role ensures adherence to industrial regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate governance standards. The scope also includes engagement with other government agencies and management of global and local incentive programs.
Liaise with relevant authorities such as LHDN, Customs, MIDA, and SSM on matters related to regulatory compliance, tax incentives, and governance requirements.
Identify and explore potential tax incentive opportunities, prepare applications, secure approvals, and ensure compliance throughout the statutory period.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate efficient communication, documentation, and implementation of governance and compliance initiatives.
Requirements :
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in government liaison, tax incentives management, corporate governance, or related administrative roles.
Prior experience liaising with regulatory bodies such as LHDN, Customs, MIDA, or SSM is an advantage.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks, corporate reporting, or audit coordination will be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
Additional certification in Corporate Governance, Compliance, or Taxation is an advantage.
