• Understand corporate clients’ workforce health and wellness needs.
• Present LifeCare’s executive health screening and wellness programmes clearly and professionally.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Support the growth of corporate partnerships through networking, referrals, and outreach.

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned corporate clients.
• Respond to enquiries and coordinate service requests efficiently.
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
• Promote client satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with medical, operations, and customer service teams to deliver corporate health programmes.
• Assist in planning and executing corporate screening events and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure client requirements are accurately communicated and fulfilled.
• Gather client feedback post‑programme to inform improvements.

• Prepare and deliver presentations on LifeCare’s corporate health solutions.
• Assist in creating tailored proposals and clearly explain programme scope, benefits, and arrangements.

• Stay updated on corporate health and wellness trends.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and programme details.
• Provide concise reports on client engagement and programme outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Gain knowledge of preventive healthcare, diagnostics, and corporate wellness programmes.
• Develop professional skills in client engagement, relationship management, and account coordination.
• Develop experience in planning and coordinating corporate health screening programmes.
• Learn to prepare tailored presentations and proposals for corporate clients.
