Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive legal support in the areas of corporate law and conveyancing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents related to corporate transactions and property transfers.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
  • Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risks associated with corporate and real estate transactions.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and meetings with opposing parties, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals within the law firm to provide integrated legal solutions.
  • Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting corporate and conveyancing practices.
  • Participate in business development activities, including client meetings and networking events, to promote the law firm's services.
Education and Experience Information
  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent from a recognized law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
