Job description
Corporate Access Manager (Capital and Investment)

Randstad is exclusively partnering with a Premier Global Investment Bank widely recognized for its dominance in Asian capital markets. With an award‑winning research franchise and an unparalleled network across the region, this firm is the bridge between the world’s largest institutional investors and the region’s most dynamic corporates.

We are looking for a Corporate Access Manager who understands that “access” is not just about logistics—it’s about strategy. You will be the architect of high‑value interactions, connecting C‑Suite executives with the capital that fuels their growth. If you thrive in a high‑octane, front‑office environment where your network and organizational prowess directly impact the bottom line, this is your stage.

About The Role

This is a strategic, client‑facing role sitting within the Institutional Sales division. You will not just be organizing meetings; you will be curating the firm’s corporate engagement strategy. You will act as the primary liaison between Research, Sales, and Corporate Clients, ensuring that the firm delivers a differentiated and premium access product. You will own the relationships with Investor Relations (IR) teams and C‑Level executives, ensuring they view our client as their preferred partner for capital market activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Relationship Management
    • Portfolio Ownership: Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of corporate clients (C‑Level & IR), acting as their trusted advisor on investor targeting and capital market engagement.
    • Origination: Proactively identify and pitch new corporate relationships to expand the firm’s access platform, bringing new investment opportunities to our institutional clients.
  2. Event Strategy & Execution
    • High‑Impact Roadshows: Design and execute bespoke Non‑Deal Roadshows (NDR), reverse roadshows, sector tours, and thematic site visits that offer investors unique on‑ground insights.
    • Flagship Conferences: Lead the coordination for the firm’s marquee investor forums and conferences, ensuring seamless execution from speaker acquisition to investor scheduling.
  3. Investor Connectivity
    • Bespoke Access: curates highly targeted 1‑on‑1 meetings and small group sessions between corporate management and institutional funds (Buy‑Side), matching capital with opportunity.
    • Market Intelligence: Work with Sales and Research to identify investor sentiment and industry trends, advising corporates on the “who, what, and when” of their investor engagement strategy.
  4. Operational Excellence
    • Logistics Management: Oversee the end‑to‑end logistics for events and roadshows, including venue selection, vendor management, and complex travel itineraries for front‑office staff and VIP corporates.
    • Data Integrity: Maintain the integrity of the corporate access database, ensuring accurate tracking of meeting schedules, investor feedback, and consumption data.
Key Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, or Event Marketing within an Investment Bank, Stockbroker, or Asset Management firm.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Equity Capital Markets ecosystem. You know how the Buy‑Side and Sell‑Side interact.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • The Skillset:
    1. Master Communicator: Comfortable speaking to CEOs and Fund Managers alike. Articulate, polished, and persuasive.
    2. Logistics Guru: Obsessively detail‑oriented. Manages complex itineraries and last‑minute changes without breaking a sweat.
    3. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (Bloomberg/internal systems).
  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage for regional coverage.
Why Apply?
  • Front Office Exposure: Work directly with the best Sales and Research minds in the industry.
  • Global Platform: Be part of a firm with a massive global footprint, offering opportunities to work on cross‑border initiatives.
  • Impact: Your work directly facilitates major investment decisions and market movements.
