As part of its strategic growth, the company is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretarial for a remote, work‑from‑home role in Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients in both Singapore and Malaysia, handling all corporate secretarial matters in compliance with the Companies Act (Malaysia) and Companies Act (Singapore).
  • Prepare and review documents for submission to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) in Singapore.
  • Organize and attend Board meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs) for clients in both countries.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory documents, annual returns, and other relevant compliance matters in both jurisdictions.
  • Liaise with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders regarding corporate secretarial matters.
  • Provide advisory support on corporate governance, compliance, and company formation.
  • Develop and implement efficient procedures for corporate secretarial tasks and compliance management.
  • May require travel to Singapore from time to time for client meetings or compliance matters.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate secretarial work, preferably within a corporate services firm.
  • Well‑versed with the Companies Act, 2016 (Malaysia) and Companies Act, 1967 (Singapore).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
