A leading insurance company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Head of Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services. Responsibilities
- Extracts data from platforms to report on trends and KPI data.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to support business needs.
- Analyze performance from workplace experience and efficiency metrics.
Skills
Education
- Extracts data from workplace and real estate platforms using industry specific insights and knowledge to provide reporting on trends and KPI data.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to support the function’s storytelling ensuring the business needs are met; iidentify future property, sustainability and real estate technology solutions as well as projects and programs to deliver workplace change.
- Analyze and measure performance from platforms such as workplace experience, occupancy, leasing and leasing events, workplace efficiency, wellbeing, utilization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-10 years in corporate real estate, facilities, or workplace services, with senior leadership role.
- Negotiation and contract management expertise.
- Familiarity with workplace technology and sustainability practices.
