Job summary

We are seeking a Corporate Development Executive to support corporate-level initiatives across strategy, investment evaluation, reporting, and compliance. The role works closely with senior management and requires strong analytical capability, structured communication, and the ability to prepare board-level materials.

This is a strategic, corporate-focused role — not sales or front-line business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare business plans and corporate presentations for board and management review
  • Develop and support corporate initiatives, including investment and strategic projects
  • Assist in M&A-related financial analysis and due diligence
  • Prepare internal reporting, KPIs, and business intelligence dashboards
  • Manage documentation for local licensing or regulatory requirements
  • Support senior management on strategic corporate projects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, finance, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
