A leading vehicle assembly company in Kulim is looking for a professional to assist in data management, verification, and employee records maintenance. Candidates will support the filing and safeguarding of payroll-related documents and assist in leave management and contract renewals. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of personnel data and involves timely assistance in handling associated letter issues.
Qualifications
- Assist in ensuring data management is up to date.
- Assist with data verification.
- Ensure timely handling of any related letter issues.
- Keep employee personal data up to date.
- Assist with leave management and contract renewals.
- Filing and safe keeping of all payroll-related documents.
- To assist and ensure the data management is up to date.

- To assist any related letter issue out within stipulate time.
- To ensure the employee personal data is up to date.
- To assist of leave management, movement, confirmation of employment and contract renewal.
