Regional Sales Manager - Specialty Chemicals Manufacturer
- Lead and execute sales strategies, distribution channels, and customer management plans for the polyols business.
- Optimize value chain cost and pricing strategy to drive profitability.
- Drive product development efforts, roadshows, exhibitions, and feedback loops with marketing and R&D.
- Formulate and manage annual sales plans and forecasts aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure robust supply planning, inventory management, and contract negotiation.
- Build strategic alliances with key stakeholders across the value chain.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
- Promote good governance, compliance, and uphold HSE & ethical standards.
Strategic role in specialty chemicals segment with regional coverage. Drive product development & innovation with cross‑functional teams.
Regional Sales Manager should have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in chemical applications, preferably in surface science, polyurethane chemistry, or CASE applications.
- Strong techno‑commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and customer profiling.
- High fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a massive advantage for effective APAC coverage.
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and business reporting tools.
- A results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
