Job Title: Content Reviewer (Japanese / Korean Speaker)
Location: Kuala Lumpur – Bangsar South & KL Sentral (Fully Onsite)
Start Date: 16 December 2025
Employment Type: Full-time | Rotational Shifts (including weekends, public holidays, and graveyard shifts: 10 PM – 7 AM)

About the Role

We are seeking Japanese and Korean-speaking Content Reviewers to support online safety and trust operations. The role involves moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community and platform standards. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, cultural awareness, and emotional resilience when handling sensitive materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, classify, and act on text, image, audio, or video content in line with guidelines.
  • Stay updated on policy changes and escalation procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve flagged or complex content issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency and quality.
  • Participate in continuous training and well‑being support programs.
  • Handle socially sensitive topics with professionalism and neutrality.
Requirements
  • Degree holders (fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome).
  • Proficiency in Japanese or Korean, with good command of English.
  • Strong emotional resilience and ability to manage exposure to sensitive content.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Cultural and contextual awareness of Japanese or Korean markets.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Interest in online platforms, social media, or gaming is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or BPO is a plus.
Language Qualifications
  • Open to candidates of any nationality.
  • Minimum language requirement: TOPIK Level 4 (Korean) or JLPT Level N3 (Japanese).
  • Candidates without certification but with proven living or working experience in Japan or Korea will also be considered.
Employment Terms
  • Malaysian candidates: 1-year fixed-term contract.
  • Non‑Malaysian candidates: 2-year fixed-term contract.
  • Salary Range: MYR 6,230 – MYR 10,000 (monthly fixed base).
  • Sign‑On Bonus: 1‑month for non‑Malaysian hires (to support relocation and accommodation).
Additional Information
  • Candidates open to working at either Bangsar South or KL Sentral will be given priority.
  • Applicants may be assessed for one project initially, and if not selected, considered for the other.
