Job summary

Job description

This is a fixed-term contract employment for 6 months. If the contract is successfully completed and both sides are satisfied, there have high chances to be converted as permanent employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program, operate, and maintain CMM machines to measure dimensions of manufactured parts and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections using CMM and other precision tools like calipers, micrometers, profile projector and gauges to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
  • Interpret and apply information from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate inspection processes.
  • Record and document inspection results, including reports on measurements, deviations, and other quality control data.
  • Perform routine calibration of CMM and other measurement equipment to ensure consistent and accurate results.
  • Identify discrepancies or quality issues and work with production teams to resolve any non-conformances.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality control processes and production efficiency.
  • Ensure all inspection processes comply with company standards, customer requirements, and relevant industry regulations.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree or certification in a related field (such as quality control, engineering, or manufacturing) is preferred.
  • Prior experience in quality control, inspection, or a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in CMM programming and operation.
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • High level of precision and accuracy in measurements.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration with production teams.
