We are a project-driven construction organization involved in residential and mixed‑use developments. To support our ongoing and upcoming projects, we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and assist in Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and budgets
  • Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
  • Assist in tender documentation, evaluation, and award process
  • Monitor project costs and support cost control and cash flow management
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, site teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain proper contract documentation and cost records
  • Support the project team on commercial and contractual matters
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant working experience are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of construction drawings and contracts
    (familiarity with PAM Contracts 2006 / 2018 is an advantage)
