Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' post-qualification experience in a top tier law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong command of spoken and written English; working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
• Solid contract drafting and negotiation skills, with experience handling standard commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and group legal guidelines.
• Liaise with internal business clients and members of the legal department.
