A reputable outsourcing company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate for a 6-month contract role. Responsibilities include verifying applications, performing name screenings, and updating records. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM, with a possibility of contract extension or becoming permanent.

Responsibilities

• Verify applications against submission listings.

• Reconcile and batch applications.
• Support ad-hoc assignments as directed.
• Conduct outbound calls to assigned clients.
• Follow up with uncontactable clients.
• Activate client Internet Banking access.
• Update validated information in Excel for batch updates.
