Working Hours:9am to 5pm (Mon-Fri); 9am to 1pm (Sat)

Responsibilities:
As Sales Admin (Pay Range: RM 3,000.00 to RM 3,500.00)
  • Manage and organize all critical project documentation (contracts, technical specifications, and client plans) and maintain accurate sales records for reporting.
  • Provide dedicated administrative assistance by generating sales quotations and preparing final contracts for signature.
  • Compile and organize data to assist management with routine weekly or monthly sales reporting.
  • Handle routine client communication, managing follow‑up queries and routing operational or technical issues to the appropriate internal team.
  • Perform additional job‑related duties as assigned by superiors.
As Sales Executive (Pay Range: RM 3,500.00 to RM 4,000.00)
  • Drive new business acquisition through strategic cold calling, networking, and developing high‑value sales pipelines.
  • Lead technical consultations with clients, liaising with architects, consultants and builders to define project requirements and customize elevator solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract closure, overseeing all commercial documentation (including quote generation and contract finalization), and working relentlessly to achieve and exceed set KPIs.
  • Oversee and ensure the integrity of critical awarded project documentation to guarantee seamless initiation and proper project handover.
  • Cultivate long‑term, profitable relationships with key stakeholders (consultants, developers) to secure referral opportunities.
  • Perform additional job‑related duties as assigned by superiors.
Additional information

Upon successful completion of the probationary period: the remuneration model may transition to a ‘Base Salary plus Commission’ model. Transport vehicle will be provided.
