A prominent company in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to assist with daily operations and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, and employee welfare. The role requires managing various administrative responsibilities and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Ideal candidates should have experience in HR functions and strong interpersonal skills. The position emphasizes the development and enforcement of HR policies, along with managing performance and grievances.
Assist Human Resources team on day-to-day operations.
Responsible and assist on the full spectrum of Human Resources function including Payroll, Recruitments, Training & Development, Benefits & Compensation, Welfare and Industrial Relations.
Manage the day-to-day administrative and operation activities of the group of companies.
Responsible for Industrial Relation activities including handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best practices.
Develop and update, enforce and align HR policies in line with market practice.
Handling payroll for the month and ensure full compliance with statutory deduction and contribution.
Assist in formulation and implementation of HR policies, induction & orientation programs, appraisal & evaluation systems, reward and discipline system, job scope and responsibilities, etc.
Assisting in performance management processes including staff performance counseling.
Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling.
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
To assist / handle in organizing company events.
To be responsible for office upkeep and facilities, general administration and other related duties.
To perform ad hoc duties related to HR function and other duties assigned by the Company.
