A Malaysian company is seeking an experienced Accountant/Admin to handle general administration and serve as Personal Assistant to the Director. The successful candidate will manage correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements, and communicate effectively in both English and Malay. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and demonstrate high integrity and confidentiality. This full-time role requires in-person work at the Kuala Lumpur office.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accountant, Admin and Human Resources role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software, e-invoice portal, authority portal & HR portal and contribution and PCB submission.
High integrity & confidentiality, and the ability to work independently.
Can handle workplace stress and due date urgency.
Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
General Administration
Screen incoming calls and manage general company correspondence.
Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director
Manage the Director’s professional and personal calendar to optimize time and avoid conflicts.
Coordinate complex travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries).
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist with ad-hoc personal tasks and errands as required.
