A reputable trading company in Puchong is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to manage the accounts payable process. This full-time position is fully on-site with typical hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

Meng Kah Auto Parts Trading – Puchong New Village

Our #MKAFinanceTeam is expanding! We are looking for Accounts Payable Executive to manage the Group's accounts payable process. This includes processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, handling payment transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and verify all supplier invoices and supporting documents for accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with company policy.
  • Ensure payments are supported by approved documentation and comply with the approval matrix.
  • Record invoices into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Update and maintain payment records and supplier ledgers.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure all liabilities are recorded.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and payment records for audit purposes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support system implementation or process digitalization projects.
  • Perform other ad hoc accounting and general administration assignment as assigned.
Requirements
  • Possess min a Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Our office is located at 40, Jln TPP 5, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor (please Google us up before applying to see if the location is ideal for your future/long-term commute to work).

We are fully on-site and our working hours is 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri.
