Responsibilities

  • Assign customers to Sales Executives / Customer Service Consultants on duty.
  • Answer incoming and redirect calls, and take and forward messages.
  • Conduct post-delivery CSI/CLI surveys.
  • Conduct service reminder or any Sales/After Sales customer related calls.
  • Contribute and participate in company / MBM related / organised events and roadshows.
  • Manage the general administration tasks, including incoming mail, maintaining records/logs of walk-ins, and generating reports.
