  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the customer service team in line with the company’s growth.
  • Supervise 2 customer service executives on day-to-day operations.
  • Manage customer rating reviews and convert 1-star reviews to 5-star reviews.
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team.
