Now, as a company with an extensive customer base globally, our expanding team is looking for a self-driven procurement executive with good negotiation and communication skills and cost-saving mindset. You will be working closely with internal departments and suppliers to acquire materials.

• Source direct and indirect materials requested by internal departments
• Deal with suppliers for the best price and payment term
• Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery
• Coordinate and monitor all purchases to avoid any shortages, overcharges and breakage
• Manage supply chain related tasks
• Analyse the cost reduction activities, sustainability activities & alternative part replacement.

• A recognized Diploma/Degree in Operation Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Technology Management or equivalent education.
• Preferably 1 - 2 years related working experience in purchasing/buyer in the machinery / electronic manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge in Purchasing/Inventory/Material (Electronics & Mechanical) and Warehouse Management is an added advantage
• Self-starter and good in communication/negotiation skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
