About the role

The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analyst supports the Corporate Total Rewards team by providing high-quality data analysis, reporting, and operational support across global compensation and benefits activities. This role focuses on data processing, market benchmarking support, Workday data accuracy, report generation, and analytics required for annual reward cycles (merit, bonus, LTI). The C&B Analyst works closely with the Corporate C&B team to ensure effective execution of established policies, compliance with global standards, and smooth delivery of compensation processes. This is primarily a data-driven and analytical role, with limited stakeholder management responsibilities.

What You Will Do
Compensation & Benefits Data & Analysis
  • Perform data preparation, validation, and quality checks for annual merit, bonus, and LTI cycles.
  • Maintain and update compensation datasets (salary ranges, benchmark data, employee master data).
  • Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and analytics for calibration, budgeting, pay equity, and internal reviews.
  • Assist in running job evaluation data collection and mapping exercises under guidance from senior C&B colleagues.
Market Pricing & Benchmark Support
  • Conduct basic market benchmarking analysis using external surveys (Radford, Mercer, etc.) under supervision.
  • Prepare comparison reports for global and regional C&B teams.
  • Operational & Administrative Support
  • Support day-to-day C&B operations including:
  • Updating records in Workday>
  • Checking data accuracy
  • Running standardized reports
  • Supporting audit-readiness for reward processes
  • Ensure proper documentation of C&B processes, SOPs, and templates.
Annual Reward Cycle Support
  • Assist in generating planning files for the annual merit, bonus, and LTI cycles.
  • Perform data clean-up, identify inconsistencies, and escalate issues.
  • Generate post-cycle summary reports and analytics.
Continuous Improvement
  • Suggest improvements to data workflows (automation, templates, reporting tools).
  • Support implementation of small-scale enhancements to Workday compensation processes.
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Typically 2–3 years of experience in HR analytics, C&B support, HR operations, or related roles (internships included).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with market survey providers (Mercer, Radford, etc.) is an advantage.
