A global semiconductor leader in Malaysia is seeking a C&B Analyst to support compensation and benefits activities. The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analyst supports the Corporate Total Rewards team by providing high-quality data analysis, reporting, and operational support across global compensation and benefits activities. This role focuses on data processing, market benchmarking support, Workday data accuracy, report generation, and analytics required for annual reward cycles (merit, bonus, LTI). The C&B Analyst works closely with the Corporate C&B team to ensure effective execution of established policies, compliance with global standards, and smooth delivery of compensation processes. This is primarily a data-driven and analytical role, with limited stakeholder management responsibilities.
