Role overview

Optimising and securing the long-term value of the brands; developing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives which translates into brand profitability and volume; as well as identifying new opportunities for future brand growth.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the annual brand strategy/plans to ensure the achievement of the overall commercial objectives and strategy.
  • End-to-end brand innovation/campaigns from ideation, conceptualisation to launch.
  • Develop the digital marketing strategy and platforms.
  • Ensure marketing activities is in accordance with the agreed brand positioning strategy.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to achieve objectives of the brand.
  • Continuously evaluate and develop the position of the brand.
  • Responsible for managing marketing budget for the brand.
  • Identify and analyse market reactions & results of marketing activities.
  • Drive effective communication with all stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Group Communications) and partners (agencies).
  • Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Min 5 years’ experience within brand/marketing management in an operating company environment in FMCG industry.
  • Extensive experience of working with advertising, media agencies.
  • Savvy in digital marketing and numbers & figures.
  • Innovative and constantly thinks outside the box.
  • Excellent communicator and presentation skills.
  • Has a terrific pulse of the market - latest trends, consumer demands.
  • Action-oriented, persistent and a change driver.
  • High work capacity and team-oriented.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with an eye for detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and pleasant outgoing personality.
  • Computer literate and fluent in English.
