Job summary

A global leader in employee development is looking for a Learning and Development Manager. The role involves leading the L&D function, conducting needs analysis, delivering training programs, and managing the Workday Learning platform. Candidates should have a diploma in Psychology or Business Administration, strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and experience in training. This position is located in Johor, Malaysia, with a salary range of RM4.5k - RM5k.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Psychology or Business Administration required.
• Strong experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage learning and development programs across the organization.
• Conduct annual L&D needs analysis to design effective training programs.
• Deliver in-house training sessions and track attendance and feedback.
