- Coordination & Communication: Act as a vital point of contact between clients, lawyers, banks, and regulatory bodies, managing information flow and scheduling efficiently.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration, operations, or project management.
- Language: Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin, capable of handling professional document translation and business communication.
- Skills: Familiar with project management workflows, possessing excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking abilities.
