Role Summary

As an Accounts Executive, you will support the finance & accounts functions by handling day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, assisting with month‑end close, and working closely with the finance manager or senior accountant. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to gain full‑set accounting exposure and build a career in a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable (invoices, payments) and accounts receivable (billings, collections)
• Maintain general ledger entries and journal postings
• Perform bank reconciliation, petty cash control and cash book updates
• Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis as required
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties (auditors, tax agents)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements and internal controls
• Assist with ad‑hoc accounting / finance projects or tasks as assigned

Requirements
