Responsibilities
  • Client Project Follow-up: Fully assist the consulting team in tracking the progress of license and bank account applications, ensuring smooth processes.
  • Document Management: Assist clients with preparing, collecting, translating, and organizing all necessary documents and Due Diligence materials for applications.
  • Coordination & Communication: Act as a vital point of contact between clients, lawyers, banks, and regulatory bodies, managing information flow and scheduling efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration, operations, or project management.
  • Language: Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin, capable of handling professional document translation and business communication.
  • Skills: Familiar with project management workflows, possessing excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking abilities.
