A leading marketing agency in Malaysia is looking for a motivated individual to manage client accounts and build strong relationships. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or higher in Marketing or a related field and have 2 to 3 years of experience in client account management. Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and BM are essential, along with a proactive approach to multitasking. Salary Range RM3,400-00 to RM4,800-00

Diploma, Advance/Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate or Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or related field.
Candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in client account management (agency-side) will have an advantage, across advertising, branding, communications, and/or digital strategy and implementation.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and BM. Proficiency in Mandarin is a Plus (to deal with our client base)
Required Skill(s): MS Excel and Word; familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proven multitasking and project management abilities.
Appreciation for great creative work and a genuine passion for marketing.
Enthusiastic, creative and a good sense of humor.
Strong market awareness.. Proactive and able to work independently is highly preferred
Actively identify new client relationships and make pitches to potential new clients
Act as a liaison between the company and the client, maintaining a flawless experience for clients
Liaise with clients on a daily basis, developing strong relationships
Communicate the client’s brief to the relevant Digital/Creative/Mediadepartment and coordinate on the required tasks within the given timeframe.
Write contact reports, drafting timing plans, campaign reporting
Assist in the financial management of clients (estimating, quoting, invoicing)
Combine a client-centric, proactive approach with a willingness to go the extra mile
Draft marketing proposals for campaigns, rebrands, digital projects - and be confident in understanding the process
Understand the full ‘marketing mix’-digital, social, content marketing
Work as a team player, simultaneously managing multiple projects
