Job description

Handle full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and analysis

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities

Support project costing, progress claims, and financial feasibility studies

Supervise junior accounts staff and support process improvements

Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in property development or construction industry

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel

Strong understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax laws

Excellent attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
