Job summary
A local dining establishment in Kuala Lumpur is seeking dynamic and attentive service crew members to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining a tidy dining area. The ideal candidate is proficient in both Bahasa Melayu and English, possesses great communication skills, and is able to work flexibly during weekends and public holidays. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with prior experience in the F&B industry considered a plus.

- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.
- Making menu recommendations and answering questions.

- Preparing simple beverages.
- Able to report for duty punctually, wearing a correct and clean uniform and name badge at all times.
- Printing closing report and tallying the settlements for the day with the batch closing report from the POS system.

- Possess SPM or equivalent FandB Certification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to join.
- Malaysian preferred, or workers with permit.

- Working experience in the FandB industry is a plus.
