Job summary

A manufacturing company located in Kulai, Malaysia is seeking a candidate for a role that involves production planning, quality control, and ensuring safety in the workplace. The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably experience in steel fabrication works. Responsibilities include project planning, arranging manpower, conducting quality checks, and maintaining safety standards. Successful candidates will report to the Head of Department on work progress.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree or equivalent education required.
• Experience in steel fabrication works preferred.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Profound knowledge of quality control standards and production planning.
• Ability to work independently and report to HOD.

Responsibilities

• Arrange production planning, fabrication drawing, and manufacturing processes.
• Prepare project BOM list and assist in material ordering.
• Arrange manpower required for production and outside jobs.
• Follow up on outside jobs progress.
• Conduct QC works on production items.
• Assist Safety PIC on factory safety implementations.
• Maintain production area housekeeping.
• Arrange and record workers' OT works.
• Control and maintain factory tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Assist in authority inspections on production area.
• Ensure zero accidents and manage environmental issues.

Job description

To arrange Production planning , Fabrication Drawing, Manufacturing process, Schedule, Raw materials & Components requires.

Prepare Project BOM list and assist in material ordering

To arrange manpower require for production & outside jobs .

To follow up outside jobs progress & items required.

QC works on production items- measurements, quality, finishing & etc.

To assists Safety PIC on Factory safety implements as per JKKP requirements for Production area & Outside Job.

To take care the production area house keeping.

To arrange & record workers OT works.

To arrange, control & take care all factory tools ,equipments & machinery.

To assist on all authority inspection on the production area like JKKP, MPKU, & etc

Responsible forOccupationalSafety andHealth in the workplace. Ensure zero accidents in the workplace, including managing environmental issues.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma /Degreeor any equivalent education

Experience in the same domain is preferred (In Steel Fabrication works)

Excellent documentation and presentation skills

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Profound knowledge of quality control standards & Production planning.

Can work independently & Report to HOD on works progress.
