A trading company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full sets of accounts, including P&L and balance sheets. Responsibilities include preparing monthly payroll and handling necessary compliance submissions such as EPF and Socso. The ideal candidate will also manage supplier payments, renew company licenses, and maintain vehicle documentation. This is an essential role to ensure the smooth operation of the company's financial and human resource processes.
Formación
Experience in managing full set of accounts including P&L and balance sheets.
Familiarity with payroll submission processes and relevant compliance regulations.
Ability to handle supplier payments and manage financial documentation.

Monthly account closing and reconciliation
Provide accurate Monthly Management Acct Reports (Monthly P&L)
Preparation of schedules for year-end audit and tax filing
Handling suppliers' payment
Appointment/ manage arrangement for upkeep of office with necessary business partners
Renew company yearly licenses, essential for operating.
Prepare logbook for renewal inspection and road tax
Renew company vehicle license and insurance
Prepare payments for the company vehicles' monthly instalments
Human Resources
Preparation of monthly payroll and commission, sometimes including staff advance
Submission of EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, and HRDF
Preparation of CP 8A (EA Form) and CP 204
