Job summary

• Manage full set of accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet)
• Monthly account closing and reconciliation
• Provide accurate Monthly Management Acct Reports (Monthly P&L)
• Preparation of schedules for year-end audit and tax filing
• Handling suppliers' payment
• Appointment/ manage arrangement for upkeep of office with necessary business partners
• Renew company yearly licenses, essential for operating.
• Prepare logbook for renewal inspection and road tax
• Renew company vehicle license and insurance
• Prepare payments for the company vehicles' monthly instalments

Human Resources

• Preparation of monthly payroll and commission, sometimes including staff advance
• Submission of EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, and HRDF
• Preparation of CP 8A (EA Form) and CP 204
