• System Analysis & Support: Analyze, evaluate, and support the development and maintenance of essential business information systems and third‑party SaaS platforms.
• Integration Management: Integrate and maintain third‑party SaaS tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, support platforms) with internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Requirements & Feasibility: Conduct feasibility analysis for proposed IT solutions, translate internal stakeholder needs into technical specifications, and assist in preparing proposals.
• Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough root‑cause analysis to resolve issues related to system performance, data integrity, and integration failures.
• Documentation & Audit: Develop and maintain critical documentation (workflows, user manuals) and monitor data quality/perform audits for accuracy and consistency.
• Security & Compliance: Assist in compliance efforts related to data security, privacy policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Project & Support: Participate in projects to implement new technologies and provide training/support to end‑users on system functionalities.

✅ Essential Requirements: Do You Have the Technical and Business Acumen?

Education: Minimally a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Grasp: Strong ability to understand technical documentation and quickly grasp software architecture and integration requirements.

T/DevOps Familiarity: Experience with cloud infrastructure concepts (e.g., AWS, Azure) and familiarity with DevOps concepts.

Security Awareness: Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks.

Problem Solving: Excellent problem‑solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Teamwork: Able to work well with different teams and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
