PS Global Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented Junior Accountant to join our team in Setia Alam, Selangor. As a full-time role, you will play a vital part in the financial operations of our manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

Monthly accounts (P&L, balance sheet, variance): Prepare accurate, timely reports to support management decisions.

Cash flow tracking and period-end closing: Update cash flow and assist with smooth, on-time month/year-end close.

Product costing (materials, conversion, wastage, yield): Compile costing inputs to improve pricing and margin visibility.

Stock verification and cost allocation: Coordinate with factory to validate inventory and allocate costs correctly.

Compliance (SST, e-Invoice) and audits: Organize documentation to keep the company compliant and audit-ready.

AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll journals: Process transactions and reconciliations to maintain clean ledgers and cash flow.

Ledgers, schedules, and record-keeping: Keep accounts updated and organized to reduce errors and speed up reporting.

What we're looking for

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Junior Accountant or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

Proficient in SQL Accounting System, Autocount, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.

Solid understanding of forex transactions, import/export documentation, and costing in manufacturing environments.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian taxation, SST, and e-Invoicing systems

Reporting Line

Reports to: Managing Director and/or COO
