Job description

Carry out research, develop innovative solutions, plan and execute process improvement & cost down projects to upkeep production yield, capacity and quality standards.

Ensure projects are completed on time and financial budgets are followed.

Optimize production layout, supervise equipment installation and production.

Initiate Process Control Plan (PCP), Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) and work instruction for process optimization.

Set-up procedure to operate equipment and ensure that the operating environment is safe.

Work with respective parties to establish and maintain a preventive maintenance program to ensure proper equipment performance.

Apply statistical methods to monitor and work with respective parties to control process efficiency & equipment capability to achieve desirable quality and cost.

Liaise with customer for CA on quality issue, NPI and improvement project.

Ensure effective hand shaking process of new product introduction to mass production and new process technology capabilities developments.

Lead a team of technicians and EO to sustain the line equipment to support production.

Conduct periodic safety inspection and audit on the maintenance of equipment and process.

Monitor all statutory compliance areas.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
