  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese. Other Asian language such as Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese are a plus
  • You have intermediate to advanced level Excel skills and have proven experience analysing and comparing data sets
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Slack, and Google Workspace
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for entry level
  • Register and keep track of songs and agreements in the system, so songwriters get paid properly.
  • Check and fix problems when there are duplicate claims or disputes over who owns a song.
  • Answer questions from artists, partner companies, and other departments about copyright issues.
  • Monitor and audit song registrations worldwide to make sure everything matches and is up to date.
  • Manage the company’s accounts on platforms like YouTube to help collect royalties.
  • Look at reports to find missing income or errors and help resolve them so money can be released.
  • Work together with local and international teams to keep copyright data clean and accurate.
  • Suggest ways to improve processes or automate routine tasks.
  • Keep organized records and help out with extra tasks or projects when needed.
