Job summary

A leading company in the wire industry located in Kuantan is seeking an experienced accountant to manage a full set of accounts and perform daily accounting functions. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate accounting records, closing accounts monthly and yearly, and managing treasury functions. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and perform all daily accounting functions.
• Prepare, update, and maintain accounting records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform monthly and yearly closing of accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Manage treasury functions, including daily banking matters and payment processing.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
